Great introduction to South Africa, including Cape Town and the Winelands
Our adventure begins in Cape Town and we take some time to explore this beautiful city and visit its highlights, including the penguin colony at Boulders Beach and the Cape of Good Hope. We then head out into the wine regions of Stellenbosch for wine tasting and spend the night in Franschoek, known as the 'gastronomic capital' of South Africa.
As we head down the Garden Route coast we pass breathtaking scenery, lovely beaches and pristine forest of the Tsitsikamma National Park, which can be explored. The coastal town of Hermanus offers excellent whale watching (in season) and a chance to relax.
