CHAMONIX SNOWSHOE

What more dramatic setting can there be for snowshoeing than the Chamonix Valley in the shadow of Mont Blanc? From our popular base of the Chalet Savoy in Les Houches, we have put together a stunning series of walks amongst Europe's highest peaks. The weeks will be led by Oliver Ensor, owner of Chalet Savoy, International Mountain Leader and long term resident of Les Houches. We will explore alpine valleys and climb to mountain plateaux and peaks, to enjoy some of the finest vistas in the Alps. On the day off you will have an option to explore the famous Mer de Glace glacier with a UIAGM guide.
