- Explore the Queyras Regional Park
- Point to point snowshoe trek
- Spectacular snow-covered landscapes

The relatively undiscovered Queyras Regional Park is the destination for this memorable alpine trek. Its landscape is dramatic, with breathtaking vistas of sparkling snowfields, towering pine forests and rugged mountain peaks. This challenging trek will see us heading to remote plateaux and ridges only accessible by those on snowshoes or skis, and following a route that is considered one of the best snowshoe treks in the whole of the Alps. Your luggage will be transported between each stop, leaving you free to travel light and enjoy the deep, crisp snow of the peaks and valleys. En route we have a free day in Saint Véran, one of the highest inhabited villages in Europe. Here you can choose to relax and enjoy the traditional atmosphere or for those with extra energy there are plenty of exciting optional winter activities to try.

What makes this trip responsible?
Snowshoes are the perfect way to explore and enjoy the winter landscape while minimizing your impact. Snowshoers require no ski lifts and no groomed or maintained pistes, and their visit leaves no impact apart from tracks in the fresh snow. Snowshoers search out the quieter corners of the mountains, where development and facilities are few. As this sport continues to develop, it will offer mountain communities alternative low impact forms of winter tourism.
Our groups will visit remote mountain huts for cake and drink stops helping to support the economy of this remote community.
