Our most popular cross-country skiing centre, Dobbiaco, is a charming town set at 1200m amid the unique scenery of the Dolomites, in the Alta Pusteria region. Days are spent following a variety of ski tracks deep in the heart of the Dolomites, with its towering limestone walls and jagged peaks of coloured stone.
Our base for the week is the welcoming hotel run by the Tschurtschenthaler family, where warm hospitality and comfortable surroundings provide the perfect balance to an active itinerary.
What makes this trip responsible?
Our base for the week is Hotel Tschurtschenthaler, a small family run hotel perfectly located in the centre of Dobbiaco. Exodus has worked with this hotel for many years so all our groups receive a warm welcome from the family. Thanks to the excellent location of the hotel, our groups are able to use public transport every day to take them to the start of cross-country skiing trails. All our leaders are committed to Responsible Tourism and have received training and get additional refresher training on a regular basis so they can help you reduce you impact and maximise the benefits to the local communities from your visit.
