- Beautiful Rondane National Park
- Expert tuition and analysis
- Indoor pool and sauna

In south east Norway, the high mountain plateau of the Rondane region is an excellent base for cross-country skiing, with almost 120km of prepared ski-tracks. In the expert hands of our leader, Ingrid, we have an added emphasis on technique, to establish a solid foundation or help move you forward from the basics.
The week will combine practice on the nearby circuits, before progressing to longer day tours, chosen to suit the group, over frozen lakes and snow-covered meadows. this is complemented by evening presentations, including photo and video analysis on some days. On some days our group will enjoy lunch around a roaring fire, either in the open or at a cosy rest stop, whilst the free day gives you the chance to try your hand at ice fishing, dogsledding or snowshoeing.

What makes this trip responsible?
Our accommodation occupies a unique setting on the edge of the Rondane National Park, the oldest National Park in Norway. The aim of the park was to protect the natural environment, including plants and animal life, as well as the cultural heritage of the area. Our leaders are careful to ensure groups respect the guidelines established to achieve effective nature management, whilst the continued popularity of the region provides employment and income to the local community.
