VERSCIACO SKATING COURSE

Based in the scenic village of Versciaco di Sopra, our 'Learn to Skate' course is ideal for anyone who wants to make the transition from classic to skating technique or who wishes to improve their skating skills. All departures are led by Eric Woolley, a Snow Sport England Coach/Tutor. Eric has been leading our holidays for many years and is a popular instructor who will make sure you have an enjoyable holiday while learning new skills. The course is offered at two grades: one for newcomers to skating with no previous experience (who can already ski classic) and the other offers a mix of instruction and touring for those who would like to perfect the skating technique. The hotel Helm will be our base for the week, offering us excellent access to the beautiful loipes of the Northern Dolomites. Located in a small village of the Alta Pusteria valley, this family run hotel sits among snow-covered meadows and superb mountain views.
