  A well organised adventure on a par with a good Disney film - something for everyone young or old ! Variety of activity and experience created an enjoyable and fascinating insight into the enigma that is India without making it too hard for first time visitors to the sub continent

  What was the most inspirational moment of your trip?

  Being in a Ladakhi monastery at prayer time and being invited to stay A great privilege The kids vote goes to the White water rafting !

  What did you think of your group leader?

  Very good - supportive knowledgeable organised and easy to be with Popular with everyone

  Do you have any advice for potential travellers?

  Take your own mat for camping and hard beds in Ladakh if you're a softie like me The walking is quite demanding because of the altitude and heat of the day Rather than the distance but very achievable for anyone who is reasonably fit The variety will have appeal to most people

  Is there anything else you would like to add?

  Give it a go It's a relatively safe and comfortable way to get close to India and experience some of the most breathtaking views, fascinating culture and friendliest people in the world And I'm not one for group holidays!
