In the morning try canyoning or Aqua-trekking; afternoon explore Breil-sur-Roya.

Walk to the beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Vallée des Merveilles.

Day 4

An exhilarating morning of whitewater rafting; afternoon play the traditional French game of 'boules'.

Day 5

Free day to explore the region or take a trip to the Mediterranean coast.

Day 6

A beautiful walk to discover the mountain town of Sospel and the surrounding valley.

Day 7

In the morning transfer to Menton for sea kayaking; afternoon visit the town and of course the sweet factory!

Day 8

Transfer to Nice airport; fly to London.
