We are very grateful for Mr Kimber's feedback, we treat all comments with great seriousness and have investigated into the issues raised. Throughout the season we have received very positive feedback on this tour and we are very confident about its quality. Due to hotel availability the route for this departure was modified and correct route notes were issued to the start hotel, however, these unfortunately were not passed on. We are very sorry for this. All routes are checked regularly and kept up-to-date throughout the season. We issue all hire bikes based on the heights of clients, in this instance we received incorrect information which caused problems at the hire shop. This is a very unusual occurrence and we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused in this case. Due to the time of year the hire bike shop was very busy and many of their bikes had been hired out which made the problem more lengthy to resolve. In every instance, as long as we have the correct heights for clients we can arrange for the correct bikes to be issued. If there is any problem then our local partner is on hand to help, sometimes this can take time but we will always do everything we can to resolve problems as smoothly as possible.
All feedback is taken on board to improve the trips and we are very confident of the quality of the 2013 departures.
