The Amalfi Coast is one of the most dramatic and beautiful coastlines in Europe. Mountains rise steeply out of the Mediterranean far below and picturesque towns nestle neatly in isolated coves.

Following mule tracks and old paths through hillside villages, lemon groves and beautiful deep gorges, we explore Stunning Ravello, follow the 'Walk of the Gods' to Positano, and finish by rounding the tip of the peninsula to Sorrento, where the gracious crescent of the Bay of Naples and the brooding silhouette of Vesuvius come into view. And Sorrento is a great base to visit Pompeii or Herculaneum by train, or Capri by boat.
