Reality Check
This is grade B/C cycling trip, which requires you to have a good level of fitness, although you do not have to have technical experience. The average daily ride is 80km (50miles). Please see page 4-5 of the Cycling Holiday brochure or view the grading and trip classification page for more information.
There is vehicle support throughout the trip. The roads are mostly surfaced, but you may come along some rough roads. Keeping to the backroads means that there is less traffic but it will become busier when approaching towns.

Icons explained
The vast majority of Exodus adventures are adult group holidays. Groups are always small in size. We strongly believe that this adherence to small groups means a better experience for all; more time with your guide, less waiting around and a reduced impact on the communities and environments visited.
Each group is generally made up of like-minded travellers - with singles, couples and friends all joining in together.
All these trips are suitable for single travellers, but if you prefer to travel with clients booking individually, please
see our Solo Departures page.
In order to provide a more accurate cycle holiday grading system, where a cycling trip falls between two grades we use an intermediate or split grade, for example Moderate/Challenging. Clearly, conditions may differ from region-to-region or month-to-month and as such the information given on these pages is designed to act as a guide to your cycling holiday only. In all cases you should refer to the Trip Notes for further details.
Cycling: Our cycling holidays come in all shapes and sizes; from gentle self-guided trips in the Veneto, to tackling the High Atlas in Morocco, or exploring the length of Vietnam.
Wildlife: Trips may be wholly wildlife focused, or contain an element of wildlife viewing within a less specific itinerary.
Wilderness: Visit the deserts, jungles, plateaux, tundra and mountains of all seven continents, including Antarctica.
Culture: Let Exodus show you a different side to many of the world's greatest cultural attractions.
Certain departures of this trip are marked in our brochures and online as Premium Departures labelled with
against the specific date. On these departures some elements of the trip have been changed to provide more comfort - this will generally mean we have raised the standard of hotels or switched from camping to comfortable lodges, but it may also include other changes, for example, where a long train journey has been replaced by an internal flight. Specific details about what elements of the trip have been changed can be found in the relevant sections of the Trip Notes.
