CYCLING SOUTHERN THAILAND BEACHES & RAINFORESTS

After a brief introduction to the bustle of Bangkok we enter a different world as we step off the train, take to our bikes and head into the plantations, jungle and picturesque coastal regions of Southern Thailand. The cycling is easy going, and being on two wheels brings us closer to local life in rural areas off the beaten track. Out of the saddle, we trek in Khao Sok National Park, where extensive forests, streams and waterfalls are home to a wide range of interesting wildlife. In stunning Phang Nga Bay we kayak amongst beautiful islands and caves, where towering limestone cliffs provide a dramatic backdrop. We end our trip in the quiet, undeveloped beach resort of Sichon, where we have time to enjoy some well-earned relaxation.
