In addition to Table Mountain and the chance to sample the produce of the world famous wine estates of Stellenbosch, the wild coastline and rugged interior provide some classic riding on peaceful roads with very little traffic. The stunning scenery, a rich cultural history, unique flora, and some unusual wildlife encounters in the form of penguins, plains game, whales (in season) and baboons, make this a fantastic destination to discover by bicycle.

Day 1	Depart London.
Day 2	Arrive Cape Town. Free day to relax or explore.
Day 3	Ride to Stellenbosch and the wine estates.
Day 4	Ride over Hellshoogte, passing vineyards, to the quaint village of Franschhoek.
Day 5	Transfer through Breede Valley and ride through beautiful semi-arid desert of the Great Karoo.
Day 6	Ride down through Langeberge Mountains to Bontebok N.P., home to rare antelope, mountain zebra and endangered cranes.
Day 7	Ride and transfer to Cape Agulhas N.P., Africa's southernmost point.
Day 8	Transfer to Gansbaai; Indian Ocean ride to Hermanus (seasonal whale watching).
Day 9	Free day to relax in Hermanus, optional shark diving.
Day 10	Ride the Whale Coast to Gordon's Bay.
Day 11	Cycle to Cape Town via the surf beach of Muizenburg.
Day 12	Stunning Cape Peninsula ride through historic coastal villages; visit penguin colony.
Day 13	Optional morning visit to Robben Island; depart evening.
Day 14	Arrive London.
