Reality Check
The area is quite hilly and the majority of drives, although short, follow twisty mountain roads through wooden areas.
Tuscany can also be very hot, possibly high 30s in the summer. During the days with walking included, the terrain and type of path track will vary from manmade paved tracks, tarmac, forest trails to gravel.
The walks are not technically difficult although some ascents and descents should be expected, so a reasonable amount of fitness is required.

Misc
Fattoria Voltrona has been producing wine and olive oil for many years and was one of the first farm holiday centres to be opened in Tuscany.
With lots of hard work, this family run farm has constantly provided outstanding country hospitality for over twenty years. Thanks to many renovations over the years, this secluded farmhouse has been able to continue producing food and wine, as well as promoting the local area.
