- UNESCO world heritage sites of Siena, Florence & San Gimignano
- Gentle walking in the rolling hills of classic Tuscany
- Seven nights converted Tuscan farmhouse with swimming pool

When looking to know more of European art and society, there is no better place to start than Tuscany, thanks to its fine Renaissance cities, beautiful rolling countryside and outstanding Chianti wine.
The landscape of southern Tuscany fulfils all expectations, with mediaeval hilltop villages and cypress-lined avenues snaking through vineyards. Basing ourselves at the tranquil Villa Casalta, our paths thread their way through the beautiful hilltop town of San Gimignano, the market town of Greve in Chianti and of course the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Siena.
Florence is only a stone's throw away and we have time to explore this magnificent city and its incredible architecture.
Throughout the week we sample several varieties of the world-renowned local wines and we also have the fantastic opportunity to learn more about Tuscan wines at the Wine School of Siena.
What makes this trip responsible?
We stay in a family run farmhouse, so contributing directly to the local communities. Both wine and olive oil are produced locally at Villa Casalta and our food on the trip is bought fresh at local stores and markets, helping to support the local economy and ensuring that our clients sample the local delicacies, a highlight of any trip to Italy.
