    I had decided that I didn't want a winter walking holiday so I booked to go to Tuscany but none can be held resposible for the weather. I arrived to find deep snow and was issued with snow shoes. Needless to say the sun came out on our last day. It's sod's law.

    What was the most inspirational moment of your trip?

    The opportunity to explore the traditional lifestyle of Tuscany and the visits to Lucca and Barga (this one unscheduled because of bad weather) were great for culture seekers. The lodge at Braccicorti was comfortable,  and the farm setting with great views from our window made waking up a pleasure. Overall, a good trip for relaxation in a fine setting.
