Superb walking for varied abilities in the shadow of the majestic Marmolada

Val di Fassa lies between Marmolada (3343m), the Dolomites' highest peak, and Catinaccio (2981m), the famous long ridge that glows red in the setting sun.
Based in the lively town of Moena, locally known as the gateway to the Dolomites, we are ideally situated to access neighbouring valleys and discover their attractive villages.
We walk through lush green valleys carpeted with a profusion of alpine flowers, and are constantly rewarded with panoramic views of jagged limestone spires towering above. With excellent chairlift and bus links, we are able to access a huge variety of walks, thus allowing us to offer two grades of walking on each departure. In the heart of Moena, the family-run Hotel Laurino welcomes us with a friendly atmosphere and comfortable rooms.
With the advantage of a small wellness centre, this is the perfect base for our week of active days and relaxed evening.
What makes this trip responsible?
Our hotel in Moena is the beautiful family-run Hotel Laurino, ideally situated in the heart of the town. The hotel's restaurant sources most of the products locally to create fantastic recipes, mixing international influences and regional traditions.
As part of our commitment to Responsible Tourism and in an effort to keep reducing our carbon footprint, we have chosen to use public transport as much as possible throughout this itinerary. All our leaders are committed to Responsible Tourism and have received training and get additional refresher training on a regular basis so they can help you reduce you impact and maximise the benefits to the local communities from your visit.
