Varied walks amid rugged scenery and superb archaeology

North Cyprus is truly a hidden gem with an abundance of archaeological remains from the many civilisations that have inhabited the island over the centuries; including Byzantine churches, beautiful monasteries and castles dating back to the 11th century.
The walking in Cyprus is superb with routes through largely untouched areas teeming with a wide range of flowers and wildlife. The local Turkish Cypriot culture in our base, Kyrenia, provides some excellent cuisine and a relaxed atmosphere in which to unwind after a day exploring the beauty and variety of scenery on offer.
What makes this trip responsible?
As a part of our continued commitment to responsible tourism, we operate this trip in a way that aims to reduce impacts and to give as much back as possible to the local communities. We explore on our walks some of the wildest areas in Cyprus, we have chosen a locally run hotel and local leaders to try to ensure that our visit has a positive impact on the region.
