Reality Check
This is a moderately strenuous trek at quite high altitudes. Most days are not overly taxing although there is the occasional long day and there are two passes over 4,800m. Most of the trails are well made on sandy paths.
There may be some river crossings.
Daytime temperatures can be very hot, especially in the middle of the day as at these altitudes the sun is very strong. Nights will be cooler and cold at Nimaling.
This trek is suitable for the average walker who is prepared to put in some physical preparation.

Normal group size and age
Normally 6 to 16, plus leader and appropriate local staff. Minimum age 18.

The vast majority of Exodus adventures are adult group holidays. Groups are always small in size.
