Responsible Travel

Exodus has been working with the people of Tijzha valley for many years on various projects to improve the lives of this remote community. Every week there is the opportunity to visit the school, situated walking distance from the gite, where school facilities have vastly improved and work has already started on a new medical facility for the village.

If you would like to help directly with our Tijhza School project, why not book onto our Special Volunteer trip (departing on 21st September 2008: departure code TMP838S; Specific Trip Notes for this departure will be available soon).

After our successful Volunteer trip in 2007, many clients are returning to Tijhza to continue helping the villagers complete their medical facility and the house for a resident doctor. Spaces are limited so please contact us soon to guarantee your place.
