Reality Check
The Langtang & Gosainkund trek is a moderate trek covering a range of altitudes. It is graded B/C with 12 days walking. The maximum altitude we reach is 4,610m (4,984m with Tsergo Ri) with the average being 2,740m.
For those with previous walking experience it is a superb trek through the middle hills of Nepal up to the top of the Langtang Valley, an area surrounded by the huge mountains bordering Tibet.
Normal group size and age
Normally 4 to 16, plus leader and appropriate local staff. Minimum age 16.

The vast majority of Exodus adventures are adult group holidays. Groups are always small in size. We strongly believe that this adherence to small groups means a better experience for all; more time with your guide, less waiting around and a reduced impact on the communities and environments visited.
Each group is generally made up of like-minded travellers - with singles, couples and friends all joining in together.
