Reality Check
This trip is a fantastic introduction to Nepal. The trekking is fairly moderate and graded A, with 5 days point-to-point walking.
In the Annapurna region many of the trails consist of stone steps and whilst this makes easier walking a fairly decent level of fitness is still required, as there are a few steep uphill walks.
Altitude is not an issue on this trip as the maximum height you will reach is 1951m with an average of 1300m.
The rafting trip is suitable for beginners and is on a gentle stretch of the Seti River. The fixed camp is very comfortable, the tents having twin beds and attached bathrooms.
Normal group size and age
Normally 4 to 16, plus leader, rafting guides and naturalist guide (Chitwan only). Minimum age 16.
Icons explained
The vast majority of Exodus adventures are adult group holidays. Groups are always small in size. We strongly believe that this adherence to small groups means a better experience for all; more time with your guide, less waiting around and a reduced impact on the communities and environments visited.
Each group is generally made up of like-minded travellers - with singles, couples and friends all joining in together.
All these trips are suitable for single travellers, but if you prefer to travel with clients booking individually, please
see our Solo Departures page.
Experience is not necessary; anyone fit and healthy enough to complete a weekend walk can manage a Leisurely, A-grade departure.
Walking & Trekking: Trips are wholly trekking-focused or simply include a significant number of walking days during the itinerary.
Culture: Let Exodus show you a different side to many of the world's greatest cultural attractions.
