Explore Norway's most dramatic fjords, walk their glaciated valleys and summit truly panoramic peaks

Norway's fjords are a stunning natural phenomenon, and few visitors can fail to be inspired by the contrast of snow-capped mountains, steep green hillsides and powerful waterfalls plunging into the calm, clear waters of the fjords.
We discover these classic landscapes on foot, giving unique access to areas of tranquil beauty and high mountain viewpoints.
After a night in the vibrant city of Bergen we travel to the heart of Norway's fjord country, our base being a cosy family-run guesthouse on Lustrafjord, nestled between the Jotunheim and the massive Jostedalsbreen Icecap.
What makes this trip responsible?
This tour has been designed to both operate in a way that minimises our impact on the environment that we visit and to maximise the benefit that our clients can have on the host community. We use a locally based operator and have established a long-term partnership, assisting with local staff training in all aspects of their jobs, thereby investing in the people to help improve their knowledge and future prospects. The accommodation used is a family-run farmhouse dating back to 1850, where some produce is still grown. Tourism now provides an alternative income to farming for such ventures.
