Spectacular cliff top views, ancient ruins and mythical Mt Olympos

This varied trek follows the highest and most rugged section of Turkey's most famous long distance footpath, which stretches from Fethiye to Antalya and covers 500km.
Taking its name from the ancient civilisation that once ruled the area, the route snakes along dramatic coastline and offers spectacular cliff top views and ancient ruins before reaching the limestone peaks of Mt Olympos (2388m), now known as Mt Tahtali. This ascent is a real highlight, offering superb views from the summit ridge. The descent through the shaded valleys offers the opportunity to visit the ruins of Olympos.
There's a rest day at Cirali for swimming and exploration, before heading to Adrasan. From here the trip culminates in an excellent walk along the cliffs to Cape Gelidonia, before our final night in Antalya.
