Arrival at Tregaron, check in at hotel.
We will meet our local leader this morning and after a hearty Welsh breakfast we head off into the countryside. Leaving Tregaron we immedietly start walking through a wide expanse of moorland and head straight to the nearby hills. With gradual views across the Cwm Berwyn valley floor we head East until we are rewarded with sweeping panoramic vistas. Following the route through a forestry plantation we then reach the summit of Garn Fawr(485m). After a lunchstop we make our way back to Tregaron criss crossing streams and valleys whilst heading West. Arrival back in Tregaron in time for a quick sundowner at the local pub.
After dinner there will be the chance to hear more about exciting walking destinations around the world and to ask any questions you may have to Dafydd; an Exodus veteran with a rapidly dissapearing bucket list!

A fairly early start for our second day exploring the Cambrians. After a short stroll along a country lane we are soon crossing fields and starting to climb. We make our way up Tregaron's highest peak, Garn Gron (541m), and soak in the 360 degree views with Snowdonia to the north, the Brecon Beacons to the west and the Preseli Mountains to the south. After a short lunch break we work our way across the peaks and folds of the valleys back to Tregaron in time for a quick freshen up and our goodbyes.
