Our local operator runs the non-governmental organisation CIFA, which aims to help local people gain access to the benefits of their local tourism market by:
· Introduce responsible tourism philosophy to small and medium family owned enterprises
· Train small to medium ventures in hospitality services, including micro enterprising to help families open up their homes as Bead and Breakfast accommodation
· Set and promote heritage trails in rural areas
· Establish projects to restore antiquities, including mills and farms
· Create recreational facilities aiming to integrate local culture

The vast majority of Exodus adventures are adult group holidays. Groups are always small in size. We strongly believe that this adherence to small groups means a better experience for all; more time with your guide, less waiting around and a reduced impact on the communities and environments visited.
Each group is generally made up of like-minded travellers - with singles, couples and friends all joining in together.
