    the climb to the rock arch in Wadi Rum and of course Petra the view from the High alter of Sacrifice

    What was the most inspirational moment of your trip?

    Mostly the surroundings, particularly watching sunrises/sunsets in the calm tranquility of the desert with noone else around, and no hussle/bussle of modern life with beautiful unspoilt wilderness all around. Petra - before the crowds arrived - well worth getting up early for !

    What was the most inspirational moment of your trip?

    Petra was a unique experience - make sure you also do the Petra at night tour.Overnight in the desert and the clarity of stars (and abundance of shooting stars) is memorable.  In no star gazer, but the lack of nearby street lights meant you got a great view of the night sky before bed.

    The group pulling together to help each other to the top, right from the very first day we formed a tight unit where people genuinely cared if the others were achieving their goals

    What was the most inspirational moment of your trip?

    We started climbing the mountain, and it was clear for me that it was going to be a challenge I've never had before.  The group encouraged and helped each other, and as we crested the top of the mountain, I knew it was worth the effort.
