A stunning traverse of the Drakensberg range plus spectacular game viewing in Kruger National Park
The Drakensbergs are a unique range of mountains, forming a 'Barrier of Spears' along the border between Natal and Lesotho. This traverse takes us along the backbone from north to south, passing the beautiful 'Amphitheatre' and encompassing some of the finest walking anywhere in Africa. The vast vistas and rocky outcrops are complemented by a wealth of flora and fauna, including over 300 species of birdlife. The wildlife just gets better as we head east through Swaziland to the Kruger, one of the most famous National Parks in Africa, before visiting a private reserve for a guided game walk.

| Day 2 | Transfer to Sungubala, northern Drakensberg. |
| Day 3 | To Royal Natal N.P.; short walk along Tugela George, with spectacular views of the Amphitheatre. |
| Day 4 | Trek to Sungubala (1460m) via Cold Hill (2130m) to the top of the escarpment (2930m) and Amphitheatre. |
| Day 5 - 8 |
From Amphitheatre to Mponjawa Cave, and on to Cleft Peak (3281m). |
| Day 9 | Cleft Peak, via Organ Pass, to Cathedral Peak Hotel. |
| Day 10 | Transfer to Malolotja Reserve in Swaziland. |
| Day 11 | Transfer to Kruger N.P.; afternoon game drive. |
| Day 12 | Game drives in Kruger; optional bush walk and night game drive. |
| Day 13 | Early morning transfer to private game reserve. Afternoon and night-time game drives. |
| Day 14 | Morning game walk with local guide and tracker; free afternoon with optional game drives. |
| Day 15 | Transfer to Johannesburg; depart. |
