ATOL peace of mind with Exodus Travels

It is understandable given the current furore surrounding various travel companies that people are feeling nervous about booking holidays, however we would like to reassure you that booking a holiday with Exodus Travels is as safe as it gets. As well as being the leading adventure travel company in the UK with 35 years experience, Exodus are also ATOL bonded, meaning your holiday is as secure as it could possibly be.

So how does ATOL work?

When you buy an ATOL protected air package or flight from us you will receive a confirmation invoice from us (or via our authorised agent through which you booked) confirming your arrangements and your protection under our Air Travel Organiser's Licence number 2582. In the very unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking. For further information visit the ATOL website. The price of your holiday includes the amount of £1 per person as part of the ATOL Protection Contribution (APC) we pay to the CAA. This charge is included in our advertised prices.

Openness and honesty are important to us here at Exodus and we hope this helps you understand the protection in place. More of you then ever are travelling with Exodus; we've grown by approximately 10% in the last year so we must be doing something right! Bookings and trips carry on as normal and we look forward to welcoming you on an Exodus adventure holiday shortly.
