Last Man Standing. The testosterone filled BBC Three TV programme sees a group of western athletes travel the world and challenge indigenous tribes and people in remote regions to tasks. Even if the programme isn’t your cup of tea, there is absolutely no denying that the locations and communities that they visit are some of the most breathtaking in the world.

In Nepal the Last Man Standing team chose Exodus’ very experienced local operation to set the challenge. We don’t want to spoil any of the surprises - but perhaps now is the right time to take on your very own challenge?! Everest Base Camp
