Proposed BA strike action called off

A strike by British Airways cabin crew planned for Christmas has been declared illegal in a High Court ruling.

Thank you for your patience during the past week while the threat of industrial action was looming.

16 December 2009

By now you have probably heard of the proposed strike action by British Airways that may affect people flying between the 22nd December and 2nd January inclusive.

Here at Exodus, we are awaiting further information as to what action will be taken or which routes may be affected but the situation is changing hour to hour and no firm decisions have yet been made.

We are aware of all bookings involved and are starting to look at what the options for affected passengers may be, should the need for changes arise. Once we have further news or information, we will be contacting all passengers as quickly as possible.

Ultimately, we hope the proposed action will be resolved quickly and all Exodus clients can enjoy their trip as planned. Rest assured we will do all possible to minimise any disruption to your holiday plans.

If you would like to discuss this further or have any questions, you can contact our Customer Operations department on 0845 863 9643 or email: Customer Operations.

Kind regards,
The Exodus Customer Operations Team
