Severe weather conditions

With regards to the current severe weather conditions across the UK, we would like to offer our passengers due to travel this winter the following advice. 

  • Please ensure you allow plenty of time to travel to your departure airport.

  • If you are delayed en-route to the airport and think you might miss your flight, please continue to the airport anyway, as airlines will only deal with requests for re-booking from passengers who present themselves in person.

  • If your flight is cancelled or delayed due to weather, please check with the airline as to what arrangements they are making for you.  

  • If you will be delayed reaching your destination, please contact Exodus, the Duty Office (out of hours service) or our local partners to advise of any new arrival details. Your Final Joining Instructions contain all the appropriate contact information.
