Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2011

The Veolia Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition is a showcase of the very best nature photography, and one that professional and amateur photographers alike aspire to. Each year tens of thousands of entries are received and judged by a specially selected expert panel.

Family Tree and Birds Taking Flight (pictured below) by Exodus' Paul Goldstein have both been commended. The winners will be announced on 19th October 2011 and their images will be displayed at the Natural History Museum's exhibition from 21 October 2011.
