Asia offers a bewildering choice of experiences for the adventurous traveller. Over the years we have scoured the backroads of this vast continent to bring you a comprehensive range of trips that cover the highlights and many of the lesser known gems. Tourism does benefit many local communities in Asia and at Exodus we are actively supporting them by helping to fund local schools and projects such as our tree nursery in Nepal. Asian wildlife is also under threat from poaching and other population pressures and visits to national parks can provide valuable employment and hence income to surrounding villages and encourages the protection of wildlife. Although parks such as Nepal's Chitwan, Sepilok Orang-Utan Sanctuary in Borneo and Ranthambore in India are not short of visitors, we also visit lesser-known ones like Khana and Kaziranga in India - vital habitats for the tiger and Asian rhino respectively. Burma (Myanmar) is now opening its doors to visitors after a brief hiatus and we have introduced a new trip to re-discover its treasures.
