Valid on bookings made between 17/1/2019 and 31/3/2019 only.
Valid on trips departing between 17/1/2019 and 31/12/2019 only.
£100 off is per person
Valid on any Exodus trip, excluding Polar, Tailor-made and Self-Guided trips (including trips operated by Headwater).
Valid on new bookings only, cannot be applied to existing bookings, cannot be used to rebook the same trip and may only be used once per booking.
The discount will be applied to your final balance, not your deposit amount.

Adventure Travel Show Competition – T&Cs

1. The closing date is 5pm on the 19th January at the Adventure Travel Show 2019, London.

2.The prize is: 1 x £1500 voucher towards any Exodus tour.

3. Only one entry per person.

4. Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over and excludes any Exodus or Travelopia employees or their families or anyone connected with the administration of the competition.

5. Entries must be made at the Adventure Travel Show at London Olympia from 19-20 January 2019.

6. No purchase necessary for entry.

7. The prize draw will be made on 5th February 2019.

8. The winner will be selected at random. The decision of Exodus will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.

9. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw date. If the winner does not accept the prize or if contact cannot be made within 28 days of the draw, the prize will be forfeited and offered to a substitute winner. It is the entrant's responsibility to notify Exodus of any change in contact information.

10. If the cost of the Exodus holiday booked is less than the monetary voucher amount the remaining difference can be redeemed in Exodus vouchers only. No cash alternative will be offered.

11. The prize will not be applied to your deposit payment, but to your booking as a whole. Any costs exceeding the monetary voucher amount must be covered by the winner before the date of departure.

12. The prize is not combinable with any other promotional offer, apart from loyalty discounts.

13. The prize must be redeemed by 30th June 2019 and travel must be taken by 31st December 2019.

14. Dates of departure are subject to availability.

15. No cash or other alternative is available, and the prize cannot be transferred.

16. The winner agrees that their name may be used in all required publicity material.

17. Exodus does not take responsibility for late or lost entries.

18. Only the winner must travel on the booked trip. The trip cannot be transferred to a friend or family member.
