Dubrovnik
  • Day 1

    Arrive in Dubrovnik

Welcome to Dubrovnik, a baroque gem on the shimmering Adriatic. Depending on what time you arrive, you may have time to familiarise yourself with the old town, walking along the ancient walls or exploring the limestone streets. Don’t worry if you don’t have time. There’s an opportunity to get to know Dubrovnik better later on.

  • Day 2

    Cycle the Peljesac Peninsula

You’ll leave Dubrovnik behind this morning, bound for the Peljesac Peninsula. You’ll stop at the isthmus that connects the peninsula with the mainland and the towns of Ston and Mali Ston. There’s a 14th-century defensive wall that links the two. You’ll walk along it, finishing up with a visit to the saltworks, learning how salt is collected.

Next, you’ll visit Natura Dalmatia and sample the olive oil that’s produced here. Then it’s on to the hotel on the Peljesac Peninsula, depositing bags at Villa Vrgorac before taking to two wheels on a 30km round-trip cycling tour to the village of Loviste

    Meals included: Breakfast
  • Day 3

    Island hopping and biking

After breakfast, you’ll board a boat to the glorious Korcula Island. There’s time for morning coffee in the old town before taking the fast boat to Mljet Island. Here, you’ll cycle from the national park in the west to the eastern tip of the island. There’ll be a chance to swim from the shores of a quiet beach before making the return trip.

    Meals included: Breakfast
  • Day 4

    Vineyard cycling

This morning you’ll take a catamaran to Dubrovnik.

Next, you’ll transfer to Konavle, nestled between the Bosnian and Montenegrin borders where you’ll cycle through malvazija vineyards and finish up with local wine and food tasting.

Tonight, there’s a farewell dinner at a restaurant in Dubrovnik, savouring the last flavours of the Dalmatian cuisine before your thoughts turn to home.

    Meals included: Breakfast
  • Day 5

    Until next time, Croatia

Depending on your return flight schedule, there may be time for an optional sea kayaking or a boat tour to Lokrum Island.
