Exodus Travels is currently looking for a full time, permanent Facilities Assistant to join our busy team in London with an immediate start!


What will you do?

Working closely with the Post Room Supervisor and the Facilities Manager, you'll assist with the day-to-day facilities provision whilst delivering inspirational customer service to staff. On occasion, you'll have to attend to urgent issues and your duties will involve manual lifting, desk-bound responsibilities, and ad hoc DIY tasks such as basic plumbing or furniture assembly.


Who are you?

You’re a natural when it comes to DIY and you’re comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. You find satisfaction in prioritising your workload and completing tasks in a timely manner—you’re a star communicator who is task-oriented with a proactive and flexible approach to your duties. You’re reliable, punctual, and confident working autonomously as well as part of a team. You have a full, clean driving license.

An understanding of Helpdesk, H&S requirements within an office environment, and previous document control experience is an advantage—as well as a passion for travelling!
