Kilimanjaro - Northern Circuit TYN840

Anyone going on this trip?

Hi, you will not be alone as I will be going on this one.

Looks like a group of 12 from the Exodus travel documents I have been sent.

Almost ready, some more training and long walks to do and bits and pieces to buy.

Looking forward to this which has been on my to do list for too long.

Good to hear your preparations are going well :) I've never been on a trek before (let alone one up Kilimanjaro) so this is all new to me and I'm not really sure what to expect. I'm looking forward to the physical challenge and the amazing scenery but not the toilet tents I've heard so much about!

I have most of my gear now and seem to have finally broken in my boots so one final check this weekend and I'm set for Monday evening.

Ready as I will ever be and just itching to get started. Disappointed that nobodyelse used the Forum. Final pack tonight Hope I get a good night's sleep but probably will be awake off and on and will be a pain for family with my hanging around tomorrow until time to leave.

See you at Heathrow airport or if not then in Kili

I recently visited KILIMANJARO with the help of a tour services provider adrenaline-travel. Lemosho Route is widely considered to be the best route on Mount Kilimanjaro. Not too long ago, there were only two main routes used to climb Kilimanjaro – the Marangu (Coca Cola) route and the Machame (Whiskey) route.
