Leader Operations Manager

Exodus Travels is currently looking for a full time, permanent Leader Operations Manager to join our busy team in London with an immediate start!

What will you do?

With the support of an Operational Quality Executive and working closely with other members of the OQ team as well as the Product, Customer Services, and Customer Operations departments, you’ll be directly responsible for the UK Leader team whilst making a key contribution towards improving leader quality standards across all Exodus trips. You’ll help set standards and best practice for all types of leaders through planning and production of training modules, leader manuals, and leader awards.

Who are you?

You’re an experienced worldwide traveller with wide ranging knowledge of adventure and/or active travel—you have an impressive understanding of leading adventurous trips across a range of activities and demonstrable people management experience. Your written and spoken communication skills are unrivalled and you have a very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Organisation is in your nature and you’re able to prioritise your workload whilst maintaining a flexible and proactive approach to your responsibilities, whether you’re working autonomously or as part of a team. You’re confident in your ability to represent the Exodus brand and you genuinely care about the details.

An awareness of relevant legislation and regulations relating to activity leadership is a distinctive advantage, but certainly not essential—not to mention good geographical knowledge and an interest in adventure travel!

We offer a range of benefits including £500 per year towards an Exodus trip, generous travel opportunities and discounts, industry and supplier perks, 25 days holiday with the option to buy 10 additional days, cycle to work scheme, childcare vouchers, season ticket loans, life assurance, company pension, charity days, discounts and cash back on high street brands, and free travel insurance—to name a few!
