Exodus Travels is currently looking for a Customer Operations Support to join our busy team in London on a fixed term contract for 3 months, with a start date of 15th January 2018.

What will you do?
Our Customer Operations Team liaises with overseas suppliers, deals directly with post-sale customer requests, and arranges for documentation to be produced on time. Working closely with the Customer Operations Support Supervisor and Customer Operations Executives, you’ll support the long haul and short haul regions whilst providing inspirational customer service, post sales.

Some of your responsibilities will include checking trip-by-trip bookings before departure to assist the Tour Manifest and final documentation process, producing and monitoring trip documentation as well as customer documentation for region team, ensuring all late booking documentation is despatched on time, and handling client questions and requests pre-travel.

Who are you?
You’re a customer service champion who handles client correspondence in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. You have excellent written communication skills and you’re confident on the phone. You’re able to prioritise your workload whilst maintaining a flexible and proactive approach to your responsibilities, whether you’re working autonomously or as part of a team.

Previous customer-facing experience is a distinctive advantage - not to mention good travelling experience and an interest in adventure travel!
