Exodus Travels is currently looking for a full time, permanent Data Manager to join our busy Marketing team in London.

What will you do?
As our new Data Manager, you’ll oversee the developments and use of data systems—discovering efficient ways to organise, store, and analyse data with attention to security and confidentiality. Working closely with the rest of the data team as well as wider marketing team, you’ll ensure all data requests are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.

Who are you?
You’re a data champion with demonstrable experience as a Data Manager and a strong understanding of databases, data analysis procedures, data administration, and data management functions (collection, analysis, distribution, etc.)—you’re familiar with modern database and information system technologies as well as a proficient MS Office user.

You’re friendly and approachable, with an ambitious attitude and the ability to prioritise your workload whilst maintaining a flexible and proactive approach to your responsibilities, whether you’re working autonomously or as part of a team. Impressive organisation and communication is in your nature—and you genuinely care about the details.

You’re a star problem-solver and troubleshooter with an analytical mindset and plenty of initiative. You have proven experience managing people and establishing an effective work flow to keep track of upcoming projects, works in progress, and completed tasks.

Previous experience implementing a new CRM system is a distinctive advantage—not to mention a passion for adventure travel!
