Operational Quality Executive

Exodus Travels is currently recruiting for a full-time Operational Quality Executive who shares our passion for travel and adventure to join our busy OQ Team in London.

What will you do?
Maintaining high standards of safety and care is not only crucial to our business but a moral responsibility. As a member of our Operational Quality (OQ) team, you'll focus specifically on safety management whilst ensuring the quality standards of all our holidays are met. Building relationships with our local suppliers is crucial to this role.  You'll also work closely with our Product department from the conception and design of an itinerary to ensure that the Exodus quality runs through the veins of each trip.

Who are you?
We are looking for somebody with experience to bring to the department, such as working for a tour operator and/or travelling worldwide, plus a good understanding of active / adventure travel. Experience of travelling with similar businesses to Exodus – small group adventure travel or a similar tour operator would be an advantage.  You will possess strong and effective organisation and prioritisation skills as well as the ability to evaluate and improve processes.

You've got boundless initiative and enthusiasm and you're a natural collaborative with the ability to work autonomously.
