Overseas Operations Assistant

Exodus Travels is currently recruiting for a full-time Overseas Operations Assistant who shares our passion for travel and adventure to join our busy iDMC Team in London.

What will you do?
The iDMC (internal Destination Management Company) team is responsible for the running of directly operated Exodus and Headwater trips in western Europe. The Overseas Operations Assistant will support the team in delivering operational requirements, with a primary focus on Exodus Leaders and Headwater Reps. In addition to general department admin, you’ll be responsible for making travel arrangements for Leaders and Reps, resolving their queries and ensuring they have everything they require for their overseas work.

Who are you?
We are looking for somebody with experience to bring to the department, such as working for a tour operator and/or travelling worldwide, plus a good understanding of active / adventure travel. Experience of travelling with similar businesses to Exodus – small group adventure travel or a similar tour operator would be an advantage.  You will possess strong and effective organisation and prioritisation skills as well as excellent attention to detail.
