Terms & Conditions
- Booking Window – 1st July – 30th September 2025.
- Only client bookings set to travel ahead of 31st December 2025 will count towards Book 3 incentive.
- Does not include self guided or polar.
- FOC spaces earned by agents must be booked no later than 30 April 2026.
- FOC places are subject to availability.
- If agents earn multiple ‘Go Free’ spaces, the value can be combined up to £3000. A maximum of 2 FOC places can be earned.
- FOC space applies to tour price only. Discount may not be used towards; single supplements, pre/post tour hotels, transfers, extensions, flights, e-bike hire or any additional services.
- FOC spaces cannot be combined with any other discount or offer. Only one agent discounted space permitted per scheduled group departure. Valid for new bookings only.
- Bookings with an agent discount applied are not commissionable and can be made contacting the Exodus Adventure Travels Sales team.
