The Exodus Travels Booking Promise - for bookings from 14th March 2020

We understand that in the current situation, your travel plans may well need to change. That’s why during the current situation with COVID-19, adding booking flexibility nearer to your date of departure.

The welfare of our customers is always our primary concern, and our experienced global team are working hard to react to this fluid and fast-moving situation. Things are changing quickly, and we’re constantly monitoring expert advice from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and official government travel advice.

Our booking flexibility ensures that our customers can re-plan their travels as flexibly as possible.

 

If Exodus Travels cancels or suspends your trip, or you are unable to travel due to restrictions either in your home country or the country you’re travelling to, your booking can be transferred to a future date or alternative holiday or, if this isn’t suitable, you will receive a Refund Credit Note valid for bookings made by 31st January 2021.

 

Once you have paid your final balance, and up to 42 days prior to departure, you have the flexibility to transfer your travel plans to a future date or alternative holiday free of charge (subject to any difference in published holiday cost) or, if this isn’t suitable, you will receive a Refund Credit Note valid for bookings made by 31st January 2021.

If you decide to cancel and you are travelling within the next 42 days, Exodus will transfer all recoverable costs to another holiday of your choosing or issue a Refund Credit Note valid for bookings made by 31st January 2021.

 

Fully Transferable Deposits

You can transfer your booking free of charge up to 10 weeks before departure. Simply choose your new trip or date and let our team know, and we’ll do the rest. Please note that any difference will need to be paid on trips of a higher value or where additional supplements may apply.
