Born in the Himalaya village of Patle, Jangbu knows the range like few others. He’s summited Everest six times – the first in 2011 – and led Exodus tours for more than a decade. His intimate knowledge of the area is complemented by his extensive training, which includes first-aid, leadership, and advanced Khumbu ice climbing. He’s also a prodigious mountain biker (leading trips in Nepal, India and Tibet) and trilingual, speaking English, Hindi and Sherpa.
