- Exciting 50 kilometre cross country-skiing race
- Extensive network of loipes

In Germany's finest cross-country ski location, the Ammergau's extensive network of skating trails offers some of the best skiing in the Alps. It is also the location of one of the most famous cross-country skiing races in Europe: the König Ludwig Lauf in Oberammergau. Once again it promises to be a highly exciting event with its fantastic 50km course!
Eric Woolley, a Snowsport England Coach/Tutor will focus on the training for the race, offering coaching in skating technique, so we can be fully prepared for the big event. Thanks to the Ammergau Valley's excellent loipe system, we can enjoy many circuits to practice on in the area.
For those who feel like 50km are too much of a challenge, it is possible to enter the shorter race of 23km, which takes place on the same day.
