Going the extra mile every day is Glenda’s number one rule. It’s this can-do, positive attitude that helped her to win Exodus Tour Leader of the Year in 2022 and saw her named among the finalists in Wanderlust’s 2023 World Guide Awards. She’s Costa Rica born and knows her country and its wildlife inside out. Glenda is an advocate of environmentally responsible practices and lives by the three Rs on tour: reduce, recycle and re-use, while also regularly participating in beach clean ups.
