Highlights of Morocco

The trip was excellently organised and the tour guide was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the whole trip and having everything organised for us including transfers and hotels was exactly what I needed for this holiday.

Most Inspirational Moment

Camel riding in the desert and the music in the desert camping, walking through the Atlas mountains, Mosque in Casablanca, visiting Rabat

Thoughts on Group Leader

Lachan managed the group extremely well, especially through some challenging situations and personalities with some of the group not wanting to stick with the tour or keeping to times. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the questions we asked him, and all of the recommendations he made for food and places to visit for dinner and free days etc. were wonderful!

Walking in Andalucia

As always the accommodation was appropriate for the activity – good bedrooms, excellent food and comfortable common areas. The Guide, Mike was very knowledgeable about a very wide range of Spanish culture and history and shared that knowledge in an intersection and informative way.

Most Inspirational Moment

So many, the challenging walk along the Caminito del ray, to the tapas lunches and the walks through olive groves and woodland. Probably the main highlight was the last walk up Penon de Al Gametes.

Thoughts on Group Leader

Mike was always encouraging, he shared the huge wealth of information that he has about the area and its industry, the history of Spain and its place in the world affairs and the flora and fauna. He clearly is a well known and popular person in the local community and wider afield.

The Best Way to Explore Girona and Beyond!

Cycling Girona and the Catalan Coast was the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation it was also my first Cycling trip! The routes were peaceful and well-planned, passing through authentic villages, rolling countryside, and the most beautiful stretches of coast!
Our guide was fantastic – knowledgeable, friendly, and always made the days fun. The E-bikes were a great option for anyone wanting a little extra confidence on the hills. An unforgettable way to experience Northern Spain!

Most Inspirational Moment

For me, the most inspiring moment was cycling through tiny villages with no one else around, just the sound of the wind and the countryside! It was such a peaceful and immersive way to explore a country and truly felt so present in the moment. I found the whole experience really meditative, my work life is spent behind screens all day and it was amazing to spend a week away from screens and just live in the moment!

Thoughts on Group Leader

Our group leader was Miguel and he was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about the areas visited and gave detailed tours around the villages. Miguel made an effort to speak with every person in the group and really helped gel everyone together, we ate at some delicious restaurants at his recommendation including an amazing locals secret where we were the only tourists yet packed full of locals. Shout out to Alfonzo our support vehicle driver who made sure everyones bikes were well maintained throughout including freshly charged batteries for the E-Bikers! Perfect double act together. :)

Advice for Potential Travellers

Get yourself a cycling vest with pocket storage - trust me, it’s a game changer! You’ll stop a lot for photos, and having your phone right there means no rummaging through the Panier every time!

Highlights of Turkey

This is a fast moving trip in that you spend mostly one night in each place. There was some hiking, walking, and swimming. We saw so many wonderful sights and had a taste of speciality food known for the area.

Most Inspirational Moment

Aspendos Roman Theatre, whirling Dervishes, hiking through Ihilara Valley. It was all so amazing.

Thoughts on Group Leader

Ilhan was very knowledgeable and organized. He accommodated the group as needed especially when we had slower moving travelers. He organized group dinner at local restaurants and explained the speciality foods from the region. He was a superb guide.

Cycling the Mediterranean Coast in Spain

Javier and Miguel were incredible. I plan to go on other trips where they or either one of them are our leaders. They were excellent, very knowledgeable, fun to be with and provided excellent history and guidance for our whole team!

Most Inspirational Moment

Being with a great leader,Javier, was paramount to my wonderful experience. He was very thorough in explaining safety, the rules to be followed, and educating us of all the sights. I loved how we would have traditional meals together with our leaders as well. We were a great team, very cohesive.

I thought Javier was extremely devoted to ensuring our team had a great trip and experience which I certainly did. He was very attentive to the needs of those participants who needed help. Again, he was extremely caring and very knowledgeable. I found he was also quite passionate of his country!?? He always wanted to ensure we were always safe.

I absolutely loved this trip!

I was a bit anxious at the beginning, but our guide João was incredible—he made us feel confident, safe, and motivated throughout. The group was wonderful, and the organisation by João and Tony was exceptional. I loved everything about the experience—even the long, challenging hills with strong headwinds! I couldn’t have done it without an e-bike and such a great leader. Thank you so much for an unforgettable adventure!

Reaching the top of each climb, wind in my face, amazed by the scenery and by what I could do!

João was an exceptional leader— always professional, kind, and full of energy. His clear and engaging briefings, flawless organization, and warm personality made the trip unforgettable. Every evening he brought the group together with great dinners and wonderful company.

Advice for Potential Travellers

E-bike for sure!

Galapagos was Amazing! Wildlife Heaven!

Where do I start! What a trip 2 weeks of seeing incredible wildlife, amazing scenery and eating lots of great food! This trip is definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and if you are thinking about it. Just do it! You will not regret it. The Galapagos has so much to offer with different types of scenery (beaches, rocky coves, green hills and volcanos. You will understand why Darwin was so fascinated by these islands!!

Snorkeling with sealions, they are just so playful and get up so close! Snorkeling in general is amazing, some of the waters are so clear, have abundance of different fish, and so many turtles I lost count!

Thoughts on Group Leader

Amazing! Wilson was our tour guide and he has lived on Galapagos all his life and is so knowledgeable about everything! You can also see that he really cares to protect the islands and keep them from human pollution! Also I think he is famous everyone knew him, no matter what island you went to!

Advice for Potential Travellers

If a novice swimmer, get some practice in for snorkeling Prepare for more basic hotels – Electricity/wifi and water can be temperamental Bring suitable footwear, rocky in places no good for flip flops, need proper shoes!!

Discover South Korea

I have travelled with a few similar tour operators and I have found Exodus tour guides to be far more knowledgeable. A goid tour guide can make a holiday. I also find the Sales team very efficient if they are unsure of something they always check and get back to me.

Most Inspirational Moment

The Temple stay was amazing. The time spent talking to the Bhuddist Monk was wonderful. The Monk had a lovely personality and made us all laugh. I also enjoyed the UN cemetery. It was peaceful and beautifully looked after.

Thoughts on Group Leader

Michelle was very knowledgeable about South Korea. She quickly changed things when there was torrential rain in Busan. She knew of a coffee shop over looking the beach, that we could relax in until the storm was over. A very thoughtful guide who would ensure that everyone had what they wanted to eat, even when the group were in 2 different restaurants. She would go between the 2 groups and let her own food go cold.

Advice for Potential Travellers

Weather was spotty in late October, but still nice. Do some hill training before the trip, the last day was tough.

Leaders were awesome and never skipped a beat

Better than expected. Great group of people (even though I was only USA person). Leaders were awesome and never skipped a beat. Everything went smoothly – even when I got lost for a few minutes. Excellent trip leaders, great itinerary, very nice hotel accommodations (except Barcelona)

The beautiful rides through the countrysides; town of Girona (perfect); Llagostera; everything about the town of Palafrugell-Calella - the hotel, the beach and the restaurant; Palamos The Leaders! Miguel and Alfonso!!!

He was awesome! Couldn't pick a better leader! Very well organized; great sense of humor, fluent English......!
