Magnificent Dolomites!

Our premium hiking experience in the Dolomites with Exodus surpassed our expectations- the scenery, hotel accommodations, food, guide and hiking group were first rate. The choice of trails and the advice given for our day off were spot-on. I recommend this trip without reservation for everyone who enjoys a challenging itinerary in a breathtakingly beautiful environment!

Thoughts on Group Leader

Mark Brown was our guide. Everyone in our 14-person group admired his skill, tact, thoughtfulness and expert information. He looked out for everyone in the group and was always available to offer suggestions, encouragement and insights to local customs and history.

Advice for Potential Travellers

Poles and lighter weight hiking boots or trail shoes for the rocky ground. Come prepared to take on both challenging ascents and descents and to enjoy wonderful accommodations and food at the Hotel Adler!

An complete tour of Colombia!

If you want to see all Colombia has to offer, this is the trip! From the coast to the cloud forest, you do get to experience SO much culture on this trip. The leader was brilliant and the locals all so very friendly.

Take some really good walking shoes as there are a lot of walking days

Ladakh: Nubra Valley Trek

This trip is so well planned and thought through. Had the most amazing time and we definitely have the best tour leader in Valerie – loved every single thing about this trip!

The highlight of the trip for me was the pass summit day, as well as the beauty and vastness of the landscape. Having Valerie as our tour leader was a major highlight!

Lukas went well out of his way to accommodate peoples preferences etc. He was engaging, fun and very knowledgeable, telling us lots everywhere we went and on the bus. And interacted well with the local guides. I would recommend him to others

Dheeraj Hinduja - Kudos to this place

The Prosecco Hills are surprisingly unknown and undiscovered place by people. The mass tourism had never reached at that place. If person want to go on hilly area, everyone has to visit this place once a life. I and my couson brother dheeraj hinduja had visited at this place.

Kenya Safari Adventure

Very well organised from start to finish, staff amazing! It was my first trip with Exodus and it actually exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely everything! But Grephus our driver absolutely made the trip!

Grephus was super patient and explained why we needed to hold back and take time to see the animals behaving as they naturally would. He was very knowledgeable and apart from the animals would give information on the bird life too.

Most Inspirational Moment

The old bridge at Mostar had always been a bucket list objective from pre-Balkans conflict and was a deal breaker from the outset. Our guides were all very knowledgeable and in good humour helping an understanding of a complex history. The mountains of Montenegro are impressive, Sarajevo was a pleasure, again a part of the bucket list, but every location was enjoyable.

Fatima was such a thoughtful and integrated part of the group, very patient, good fun, energetic and informative. always coming up with suggestions to suit individuals and everyone loved her. A genuine, lovely person.

Spectacular Scenery!

Visiting the Azores was honestly unforgettable. The scenery was next-level — black volcanic ash, vibrant green forests, and bright hydrangeas everywhere in July. We saw so many whales and dolphins, all really close to shore because the sea gets so deep so quickly – it’s one of the best places in the world for year-round sightings. And hopping between the islands (they’re only about an hour apart by ferry!) felt like discovering hidden pockets of history — each one had its own personality. We even saw a pod of whales during one of the crossings!

Most Inspirational Moment

My favourite walk was on São Jorge. We started early, high up in the clouds, but luck was on our side — the skies cleared and we spent the rest of the hike descending under brilliant blue skies. Surrounded by blooming hydrangeas and vibrant greenery, the whole experience felt incredibly special, like stepping into a living painting.

Thoughts on Group Leader

Jorge Valerio was an amazing leader ! He was very inclusive and made the effort to circulate around the group throughout the trip which made everyone feel welcome and included. He listened to the groups needs regarding dietary requirements and tailor restaurant options so that we could all eat together.

Advice for Potential Travellers

Pack for all seasons in a day, we would have sunshine, then rain, then sunshine then wind. It's quite an unpredictable weather system, however it never drops below 15 degrees year round so is quite good for someone who hates the cold!
